How can I View My Balance?

Please login to my.asun.edu, select Student Resources, and then SelfService Student. You will be asked to login using your username and password. Due to ongoing login issues, this may take several attempts. Once logged in, select the TouchNet Link. From here, select Real Time Statement at the bottom of the screen, and then select the current term.

How do I Make a Payment?

Please login to my.asun.edu, select Student Resources, and then SelfService Student. You will be asked to login using your username and password. Due to ongoing login issues, this may take several attempts. Once logged in, select the TouchNet Link. Select Make Payment at the top of the page. From here, you can select the payment amount, method (ACH, debit, or credit), receive confirmation of your payment and print a receipt.

How do I setup a Payment Plan?

Due to ongoing login issues, this may take several attempts. Once logged in, select the TouchNet Link. Select Payment Plans at the top of the page. From here, you can select the term and options for your payment plan.

Why has my Grant/Loan/Scholarship not been posted to My Account?

Student Accounts cannot determine why financial aid has not been posted to your account. If you believe you have financial aid available, and it is not listed on your account in TouchNet, please e-mail the Financial Aid Office at financialaid@asun.edu.
