When submitting a maintenance ticket, please include the following details so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible:

  • Location of the issue (building, room number, office, etc.)

  • Type of problem (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, furniture, equipment, etc.)

  • Detailed description of what is happening (e.g., “leaking faucet,” “AC not cooling,” “lights flicker,” etc.)

  • Urgency/impact (Is it preventing work or creating a safety hazard?)

  • Contact information (in case we need more details or access to the area)
