If you are receiving this error please be sure that you are using First_Lastname@student.asun.edu as your user name when signing into canvas.
If this is still occurring and are a new student and aren't taking classes until next semester or have not registered for classes your canvas will not be activated until three to two weeks before the start of that class starting.
