It is really important to remember your security questions! These questions will be asked to verify your identity before being able to assist you with certain issues. In addition, be sure to set a secondary email and update it whenever necessary! Your secondary email will be used to send authorization codes when needed.
How to Update/Change your Security Questions/Secondary Email
1. Sign in to my.astate.edu and authenticate with Duo.
2. Once you're in my.Astate, scroll until you see the Security Questions icon.
3. Within this page, you can change your security questions and answers or change your secondary email. Once you finish making all of the necessary changes, click Submit.
4. After you click submit, you should receive a message like the one below letting you know that your changes have been updated successfully.
