These instructions go over how to log in to pay your bill online through our Touchnet system, and also how to add an authorized user so they can pay your bill. A Youtube tutorial video can be found here https://youtube.com/live/3ZHEwd1hCZE
- The student needs to go to asumh.edu/banner and log in to Student Self Service. If you have never logged into Banner you will need to create a DUO account. If you have forgot your password or it has expired you will need to reset it. Instructions for both are highlighted below.
- After logging in with your username and password you will land on the Student Services Page. Click on Touchnet - View & Pay Bill.
- To pay your bill click on the Make Payment tab on the top of the page and follow the directions.
- To add an authorized user, from the home page click on the Authorized Users button on the very far right.
- Click on “Add Authorized User”. Once you enter the authorized users email address they will receive two emails. One confirming your addition of them to the Touchnet system and the second with a temporary password and instructions on how to log into the system.
The instructions for how to pay and view the student’s bill are the exact same for the authorized user, the only difference is the authorized user will not have to log in through the Banner system.
