1. Log into my.astate.edu with your email address and password.
2. Approve DUO mobile.
3. Select the Helpdesk ticket icon.
4. Select the Get Started button on the left side of the screen.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Get Help"
6.Select "Create A Ticket"
7. Fill out the required fields on the form with your Email, phone number, building name, room number, and a subject of Home@Astate password request.
8.This will be sent to our Housing and Student Support team and they will generate a password and then email it to your student email address. The email should come from no-reply@extremecloudiq.com . If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.
