There are a couple different ways your A-State account can get locked.
- If you type in your my.Astate password incorrectly too many times or if you've recently changed your password and you haven't updated your saved passwords, your Astate account could get locked.
- If you try to authenticate with Duo Mobile and it doesn't work too many times, your Duo account could get locked.
The Astate account and the Duo account should unlock themselves after 30 minutes. If you are needing your Duo account unlocked sooner, you can give the ITS Helpdesk a call and we can help you. Be sure that you are aware of your Security Questions because that is how we have to identify you in order to unlock your account for security purposes.
