How do I retrieve my ID and PIN?

Step 1

Students, Faculty/Staff, and Alumni needing to retrieve their Campus Wide ID and PIN will navigate to my.astate.edu.

Step 2

Next click Recover ID / PIN.

Fill in your Date of Birth and the corresponding identifier. Then click Submit.

NYIT students use NYIT ID / International students use the Passport Number / Mexico students use the CURP number / All other students us their SSN.

Step 4

Once you have your Campus Wide ID an authorization code will be emailed to your secondary email or you will be prompted to answer security question. When those fields are completed click Submit.

Step 5

After clicking Submit your Campus Wide ID and PIN should be displayed.
