Tax Forms - Students

1. Go to ssb.astate.edu and sign in with your ID and PIN numbers. There is a link to retrieve them if you do not have them. 

2. Student > Student Records > Tax Notification

 

Tax Forms - Employee

1. Go to ssb.astate.edu and sign in with your ID and PIN numbers. There is a link to retrieve them if you do not have them. 

2. Employee > Tax Forms

 

For more information, Students will need to contact the Treasurer's Office and Employees will need to contact HR.
