Upload your file, then tell your party the Download Ticket code and point them to https://webapps.astate.edu/sharespace. Once there, users can enter the Ticket code and download your corresponding file. No one will have access to a file in your ShareSpace without knowing the Download Ticket code. To help streamline the notification process, ShareSpace can send an automated Download Invitation. Simply click the "e-Mail" button next to the file you want to send, and you will be asked for an e-mail address to send the invitation to. ShareSpace will take care of the rest. In addition to letting others download your files, you can let guests upload to your ShareSpace. This is useful if the party trying to send you a file isn't a member of ASU. Use the Upload Invitation feature below to automatically email a guest an Upload Ticket, good for one upload to your ShareSpace.
