Arkansas State University requires all VPN access to be approved by the employee's supervisor.
By submitting this form, the employee's supervisor will receive an email asking to approve or deny the request.
If the supervisor does not approve within 18 business hours, the request will automatically close and you will need to re-submit the request.

In order to access the following applications from outside of the A-State network domain, VPN access will be required to connect to the internal network.

• Self-Service Banner
• Canvas
