This includes Windows and Linux servers and VMs in our Datacenter, M365 (Exchange, Teams, Outlook, oneDrive) Administration and Automation, DNS, SMTP System issues, Department Fileshares, AD/M365 Group Membership Change Requests, SSO configuration for 3rd party apps, SSL certificate requests/renewals for services, VM or VDI issues or requests, Operational IT Security, Monitoring, and other System Admin duties.
