Microsoft Office In-App Purchases-

Purchases and Free downloads of apps/add-ins from the Microsoft Store, Office Store or Teams Store:

All purchase of apps/add-ins (free or paid) from the Microsoft Store, Office Store or Teams Store are non-transferable and are permanently tied to your A-State account.
If you leave the university, you will lose access to any app/add-in that you purchased (whether with university or personal funds).

Support for purchased apps/add-ins:

ITS does not provide support for any app/add-in (purchased or free) from the Microsoft Store, Office Store or Teams Store.

Microsoft Access Availability:

Microsoft Access unfortunately is only available for Windows computers, it is not available to be downloaded on Mac computers. 

The customer support number for Kivuto (the company A-State gets Microsoft Office from) is 1-888-396-1447.
