Arkansas State University requires all VPN access to be approved by the employee's supervisor.
By submitting this form, the employee's supervisor will receive an email asking to approve or deny the request.
If the supervisor does not approve within 24 hours, a notification will go to the security team to review and approve or deny the request.
Access to VPN will be granted within 24-48 hours pending the approval from the supervisor or security team.
