Students and Staff needing to reset their passwords will have to follow these steps below.
Navigate to my.astate.edu and click on Reset Password / First Time Users.
Select I Accept then click Submit to agree to the ASU Acceptable Use Policy.
You will then enter your Campus Wide ID Number and PIN then click Submit.
In the New Password field put in your new password and do the same for the Confirm Password field. Then put in the Authorization Code you should have recieved in a message delivered to your secondary email address.
Click Submit Query to finished. The next page will display your email and username to show you have successfullyreset your password for My AState, Blackboard, and email.
